RENTALS
I’m an art director / producer / stylist / florist, and I’d like to rent your work for an upcoming project or event. Is this possible?
Yes — I have a limited supply of in-stock wares and lighting for day-by-day rentals available for pick-up in the NYC area. Send me an email and we can chat through your needs.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES
All works have varied lead times but are typically 8-12 weeks due to the handmade nature of every stage of production. Please inquire for the full line sheet with information on lead times for each individual product. Lead times are calculated from the date of the receipt of payment.
SHIPPING + HANDLING
Tracking details are provided once an order is shipped. Should you need an expedited shipping option, please advise in advance.
For international orders, any import taxes and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the carrier.
For the Rễ Cây Collection, lamps will be carefully packed and shipped by an art handler with crating depending on location, or local delivery with installation if in NYC.
SALES TERMS
Due to the handmade + made-to-order process, all items are final sale.

CARE
CLEANING
For functional ceramic wares, hand-washing is recommended to preserve the hand-made qualities of each piece. Depending on the glaze, they may subtly patina over time and with use. For decorative wares, a slightly damp towel to wipe down the outer surface is enough.
For paper surfaces, only use dry methods, such as a duster.
NATURAL VARIATION
All works are made from natural materials and processes—such as firing methods—thus may have slight variations in form and glaze finish. Dimensions and glaze will vary up to 5-10%. Please expect character from handmade work. No pieces are ever exactly alike.
